What is your payment policy?

For all projects under $10,000:

50% deposit prior to beginning
50% upon completion.

For projects over $10,000:

33% deposit prior to beginning
33% at an agreed mid-point milestone
34% upon completion.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you aren't convinced that we have completed the project per your instructions then we will work with you to make sure you are fully satisfied with the outcome before the final payment is made.
