To setup user@domain.co.nz on Microsoft Outlook  or Outlook Express...

Incoming POP Server :  mail.domain.co.nz

Outgoing SMTP Server :  mail.domain.co.nz

Username : user+domain.co.nz

Password : Password used to create the user email account.

Your outgoing Server should use authentication same as incoming mail server.
